Current law may not be able to act fairly. because the current law can be in the game, as if the law had now become visible low in the eyes of society. maybe that caused the law to look ugly in the eyes of the public may be because a lot of corruption everywhere, even for people who sit in the chair now officials are rarely able to comply with the law.

 In this country is rarely anyone who can comply with the law, especially for officers or prosecutors, with the bribes everywhere now the law to become dirty in the eyes of society. toying with the idea for the law officials can make this law to be weak, especially for the prosecutor or the DWI Attorney  that should give the best example in the community is quite the opposite. jaksalah might say that can be blamed on the weakness of the law.

 this is what the current law that was viewed by the public, because the number of corruption or other crimes everywhere in view of the law become ugly. DWI Law law or in the country probably can not clean it anymore because it has been tarnished by bejabat-bejabat that should give an example to society is even giving negative view, that's why the law now is becoming weak.
